The Simple Blue theme is a very basic WordPress template. It has one widgetised right column and a menu bar at the top of the screen and a drop-down menu (including a search box).
A list of post categories appear just above the posts area, allowing you to direct readers to certain areas, such as your blog, latest news, etc.
